We deliver nationwide through our courier partners. Inside Dhaka city normally takes 1–2 working days and outside Dhaka 3–5 working days. Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your district.
You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We call to confirm every order before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.
Flash-sale and discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) and we will replace it, or refund you within 3 working days if a replacement is not available.
