We deliver nationwide through our courier partners. Inside Dhaka city normally takes 1–2 working days and outside Dhaka 3–5 working days. Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your district.
You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We call to confirm every order before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.
Changed your mind? You can exchange this item within 7 days of delivery for another product of the same or higher price — unused, in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Exchange only, no cash refund; the customer pays the exchange delivery charge.
Wrong or damaged-in-transit item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps) and we will replace it, or refund you within 3 working days if a replacement is not available — we pay the return delivery.
